Savoury Lentil Pancakes

These savoury pancakes are loaded with good stuff like mung beans or whole green lentils, spinach, turmeric, ginger and optionally an onion too.

.⭐️Recipe⭐️

1. 3/4 cup mung beans

2. 1/4 cup rice

3. 1 cup spinach

4. A piece of ginger

5. A small onion, optional

6. Salt to taste

7. 1 tsp turmeric

8. Hemp and flax for garnish

Method:

1. Soak rice and Mung beans in water overnight or at least for 6 hours.

2. Blend it with the remaining ingredients.

3. Shallow fry like pancakes.
