3 Ingredients Energy Balls

Energy balls are something I make at least 5 times a week as a quick and healthy snack for my daughter. The combinations are endless and by adding a naturally sweet item like dates or banana, they can be made without any refined sugars.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup oats
  2. 1/4 cup seedless dates
  3. 2 tbsp peanut butter

Method:

  1. Blitz all the above ingredients together. If too mushy, add some more oats.
  2. Roll them into balls and serve.
